Terms of service provision

Vistula Strategy Group provides consulting services for medium and large enterprises. Our cooperation is based on clear principles. Auditing, process optimization, and support for entering EU markets are carried out based on individual arrangements. Each project is preceded by an analysis that allows us to understand your company's needs. Our goal is to provide solutions that actually improve work in your office.

Starting cooperation implies acceptance of our working methods. We focus on the practical aspects of business, avoiding unnecessary theory. All arrangements regarding the scope of work, deadlines, and finances are always discussed before starting activities so that you have full clarity about what you are paying for.

Our services are priced based on the scope of work necessary to improve processes in your company. The initial audit is a one-time fee of 3000 PLN. Other long-term projects are priced individually after familiarizing ourselves with the specificity of your enterprise during the first meeting at our office on ul. Marszałkowska 126/134 in Warsaw.

We issue VAT invoices for completed services. Payments should be settled in accordance with the terms indicated in the contract or on the invoice. At Vistula Strategy Group, we value transparency – we do not hide any additional costs. As advisors, we have access to sensitive information regarding your business. We guarantee full discretion. All data, audit results, and development plans are treated as confidential and used exclusively for the purposes of project realization. We do not share information about our clients with third parties without the clear consent of the company owner.

Although we put a lot of effort into ensuring our recommendations bring the best results, final business decisions belong to you. We are not responsible for the effects of actions taken based on our suggestions by third parties or for market changes over which we have no direct influence. We act in good faith, based on our many years of experience in business optimization.

We reserve the right to introduce changes to these terms. All updates will be published on our website. If you are using our services continuously, we encourage you to regularly check this document. We operate on clear terms, and our clients' trust is the most important thing to us.
